我们处理哪些数据 / Data We Process

当你使用 Google 登录时，FrameLab 会读取你的 Google 账号标识、邮箱、显示名称和头像，以及你明确授权的 YouTube 频道、视频、统计数据和评论。系统还会保存你创建的灵感、界面设置和评论处理状态。

When you sign in with Google, FrameLab processes your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile image, together with the YouTube channels, videos, analytics and comments that you expressly authorize. FrameLab also stores content ideas, interface preferences and comment-management state that you create in the service.

数据如何使用 / How We Use Data

这些数据仅用于提供账号登录、频道同步、视频上传与管理、分析和评论管理功能。不同用户的数据按账号隔离，不会出售给第三方，不会用于广告定向，也不会用于训练通用人工智能或机器学习模型。

We use this data only to provide account sign-in, channel synchronization, video upload and management, analytics and comment-management features. Each user's data is isolated by account. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Google 用户数据的共享、转移与披露 / Google User Data Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure

FrameLab 不会向第三方出售、出租或交易 Google 用户数据。仅在以下有限情形中共享、转移或披露数据：

FrameLab does not sell, rent or trade Google user data. We share, transfer or disclose Google user data only in the following limited circumstances:

Google 与 YouTube：为执行用户明确发起的操作，例如连接频道、读取频道数据、上传或更新视频、管理评论以及读取分析数据，我们会通过 Google 和 YouTube API 传输必要的数据。
Google and YouTube: We transmit the data necessary to Google and YouTube APIs to perform actions expressly initiated by the user, such as connecting a channel, retrieving channel data, uploading or updating videos, managing comments and reading analytics.
基础设施服务商：我们可能向代表 FrameLab 提供网站托管、数据库、存储、安全、日志或故障排查服务的基础设施供应商披露必要数据。这些供应商仅可按照我们的指示、为提供相应服务而处理数据，并受保密和数据保护义务约束。
Infrastructure service providers: We may disclose necessary data to providers that host, store, secure, log or troubleshoot the FrameLab service on our behalf. These providers may process data only on our instructions, only to deliver those services, and subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
法律与安全：当法律、法院命令或有效政府要求必须披露，或为保护用户、公众、FrameLab 的权利与安全以及调查欺诈或滥用行为而合理必要时，我们可能披露数据。
Legal and safety requirements: We may disclose data when required by applicable law, court order or valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, FrameLab's rights or safety, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
业务变更：如发生合并、收购、融资、重组或资产出售，数据可能转移给交易参与方或继承运营者，但其必须继续遵守本政策和 Google API Services User Data Policy；如法律要求，我们会事先通知用户并取得同意。
Business transfers: If FrameLab is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, data may be transferred to transaction participants or a successor operator, which must continue to comply with this policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy. We will provide notice and obtain consent before transfer when required by law.

除上述情形外，未经用户明确同意，我们不会与任何其他第三方共享、转移或披露 Google 用户数据。

Except as described above, we do not share, transfer or disclose Google user data to any other third party without the user's explicit consent.

授权令牌与安全 / Tokens and Security

Google 访问令牌和刷新令牌在数据库中加密保存；登录会话使用 HttpOnly、SameSite Cookie。生产环境使用 HTTPS，并通过访问控制和账号隔离限制对数据的访问。

Google access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in the database. Sign-in sessions use HttpOnly, SameSite cookies. The production service uses HTTPS, access controls and account isolation to restrict access to user data.

Google API 数据 / Google API Data

FrameLab 对从 Google API 获取的信息的使用和向其他应用的转移遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 要求。你可以在设置中导出自己的 FrameLab 数据，或删除账号并撤销 Google 授权。

FrameLab's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can export your FrameLab data, delete your account, or revoke Google access at any time.

数据保留与删除 / Retention and Deletion

账号存续期间会保留提供服务所需的数据。删除 FrameLab 账号后，账号数据、保存的授权令牌、缓存的频道数据、灵感和设置会从应用数据库中删除；该操作不会删除你的 YouTube 频道或视频。

We retain data needed to provide the service while your account remains active. When you delete your FrameLab account, account data, stored authorization tokens, cached channel data, ideas and settings are deleted from the application database. This does not delete your YouTube channel or videos.
